WELCOME
I am a supportive, interactive, and engaged therapist who works actively to help clients better understand and address their difficulties. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and children in a compassionate manner, using an integrative approach that combines interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, and other therapeutic strategies.
Do you ever feel:
Taking a step to confront your concerns, rather than dismiss them, is the beginning of taking control of the situation. Often, with some help from a therapist, you can come up with solutions that empower you and help you manage and begin to master difficulties and feelings that had previously seemed intractable.
In my practice I work with individuals facing various difficulties and stage-of-life concerns such as relationship issues, becoming more independent and transitioning to college, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, parenting stress, and adjusting to one's own or a loved one's medical diagnosis or disability.
I also have extensive experience conducting psychoeducational/ neuropsychological testing to assess learning difficulties. I evaluate children and young adults to help better understand their areas of strength as well as their challenges.
Do you ever feel:

- Concerned about how your child is doing emotionally or in school
- Sadness that doesn't seem to resolve
- Overwhelmed by the responsibilities of having children
- Uncertain about life changes and career choices
- That you wish your relationship with your child was more harmonious
