THERAPY
I work with clients ranging in age from children to older adults and work in a number of modalities including individual therapy, couples therapy, and parent support/guidance.
Throughout individual therapy I actively give input and suggest strategies, while also helping patients to explore and articulate the source of what is causing their difficulties.
